It’s been a while since I updated my blog, and I’m excited to do so now! Why? Because on March 29th, I launched my third book, Man with the Mafia. This is the second book in the “Man With” series featuring romance writer Deirdre Collins and Vincent Manetti. I’m so happy with how this book turned out that I’m not even sure where to start with discussing it. How about the “what is it about” question – Here’s the blurb from the back.

That’s the synopsis. Now, about the cover! This beautiful cover was designed by Victoria Cooper who made the cover for Man with Money as a premade design. I loved that cover so much that I contacted Victoria to see if she could do a design for MWTM with the same style and fonts, but a little darker to fit the mafia theme. I picked out the couple at the top but she did all the rest and it’s perfect! I get so many compliments on this cover. It’s really drawing people in. In fact, I have entered it into the Allauthor.com cover of the month contest for April.
This is the first book I released with a cover designed just for my story. It’s also the first book I actually hired an editor for. My friend, Lisa Bankson-Hacker is a teacher, journalist, writer and woman of many more hats than I even know of. She teaches creative writing and I reached out to her to see if she’d like to edit MWTM. She accepted and I can’t thank her enough for helping me bring MWTM to the next level!
I’ve made a promise to myself that I will update this blog at least once a week. So, I’m not going to add much more tonight except to say that readers are already loving this Vincent and Deirdre’s story and I know you will, too!
